2. Custom Fabrication:
G&M Iron work takes pride in creating custom steel products tailored to your specific requirements. All design details, dimensions, and other project specifications must be provided in writing, either via email or official documentation.
3. Payment Terms:
3.1. Pricing for custom fabrication shall be determined based on the complexity of the project, materials used, and other relevant factors. A comprehensive cost estimate will be provided to you before commencing work.
3.2. A deposit may be required before starting the project, and the remaining balance shall be due upon project completion.
3.3. Payments can be made via acceptable payment methods specified by G&M Iron work.
4. Project Completion:
4.1. G&M Iron work shall make every effort to complete your project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances or complex projects may lead to delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any changes to the expected completion date.
4.2. Completion dates are approximate and may be subject to change based on factors beyond our control, such as material availability and external service providers.
5. Intellectual Property:
5.1. G&M Iron work retains the intellectual property rights for all custom designs and drawings created by our team. 5.2. You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs without obtaining prior written permission from G&M Iron work.
6. Quality and Inspection:
6.1. We take utmost care to ensure the quality of our workmanship and materials used. Before delivery or installation, we conduct thorough inspections to ensure your product meets the agreed-upon specifications.
6.2. Upon completion, you shall have the opportunity to inspect the product and request any necessary adjustments. However, modifications requested beyond the original scope may be subject to additional charges.
7. Delivery and Installation: 7.1. Delivery and/or installation services can be arranged upon your request. Any associated costs will be communicated to you beforehand.
7.2. G&M Iron work shall not be liable for any damages or delays caused during transportation or installation by third-party service providers.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. G&M Iron work shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
8.2. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project.
9. Cancellations and Refunds:
9.1. Should you decide to cancel your project before work has commenced, any deposit paid may be refundable based on the stage of project preparation.
9.2. G&M Iron work reserves the right to retain a reasonable portion of the deposit to cover administrative and material costs incurred.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Modification of Terms: G&M Iron work may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.
